The numbers are staggering.

Approximately 33 % of Americans are pre-diabetic or have diabetes,  610,000 people died of cardiovascular-related deaths per year and 60% of adult women are obese in America.

But these aren’t just numbers. They are people with families and — without these health issues– the possibility to live longer, healthier lives.

Education and action is how to make this possible and Dr. Gregory Fryer, of Medical Direct Care Wellness Center, has been hosting “Dinner Talk,” a free local seminar to discuss pertinent medical topics along with a gourmet meal.

Due to COVID-19, Dr. Fryer is taking his “Dinner Talk” virtual with his first free medical seminar entitled, “Immunity, Stress and Hormones.”

Join Dr. Fryer and the Medical Direct Care team on Tuesday, July 21 from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. for the free medical seminar. Click here to register.

Medical Direct Care Wellness Center is a total health and wellness family clinic dedicated to educating, empowering and encouraging people to feel better, have energy and live their dreams.

The special online seminar will discuss why society as a whole is getting sicker, pouring more money into healthcare and having more chronic illness- such as obesity, high blood pressure, diabetes, fibromyalgia and more.

“We want to help empower you to take action and take control of your life and therefore take control of health,” Dr. Fryer said. “We focus on you, the individual… the truth of the matter is, does information alone detest your health? If it did we’d all be healthy because we have so much request we are swimming in it. We have to start now to build a blue print  and take action to help you meet your goals.”

Participants will learn the five pillars of health,  the true cause of belly fat, and be connected with other like-minded people from the community on the same path towards wellness.
